tāstium is in beta. This policy reflects how the beta works, including the extra diagnostic data we collect to improve the app. We will update it when tāstium leaves beta.
This Privacy Policy explains how tāstium handles your information when you use the tāstium mobile application (the "App"). The App is operated by Probably Edible Ltd ("we", "us"), the data controller. We aim to collect only what we need to run and improve the service.

tāstium is in beta. To find bugs and improve the App, we use PostHog (hosted in the EU) to record how the App is used — screen views, in-app events, and session replays. Session replays are screen recordings of your activity in the App, and during beta they may include content shown on screen. This is linked to your account so we can follow up on issues. We do not use this data for advertising, and we do not track you across other companies' apps or websites. When tāstium leaves beta we will reduce what session replays capture and update this policy.
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers that help us run the App, acting on our instructions:

Some providers may process data outside the UK/EEA; where they do, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
We keep your account and content for as long as your account is active. You can delete your account from within the App, which removes your account and associated content, subject to limited retention required for legal or operational reasons.
tāstium is operated from the UK, and we handle your data under UK GDPR. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. You can delete your account in the App, or contact us for other requests. If you are in the UK, you also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
tāstium is not directed to children under the age of digital consent in their country and we do not knowingly collect their data.
We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified in the App or by email.
